Last Sunday there was a fantastic article in Sunday’s  Telegraph  regarding movement to regional cities and prices and what each “top ranked city” had to offer,  in which Armidale ranked fifth ahead of places including Coffs harbour.

The level of interest this article has generated has been good with internet enquiry in our office jumping considerably we even had clients from Sydney call looking for investment properties.

The general “feel” in the economy is better with talk of a 3^rd interest rate drop in February all of which will lead to a more stable market in coming months and hopefully more sales, whilst the total number of sales were down last year based on previous years the growth in property prices over the past three years was very positive, unlike many areas we still had positive capital growth, signs of capital growth in an unstable economy just go to show that Armidale and property is a strong investment option, if you are thinking of buying NOW IS THE TIME!!!
