“Cockatoo Corner” is situated at 10 Roslyn Avenue, which is just a 5-minute drive to the CBD and only 3 minutes from The Armidale School.

The house is in a beautifully quiet residential street with a reserve at the rear and rural views to the south. If you are lucky, the black cockatoos will fly in to rest in the cul-de-sac trees during your stay – a vision in itself!

Featuring 4 bedrooms, full bathroom, 2 toilets, wood heating and refurbished, screened-in entertainment area, this is a home for all seasons.

Bedding configuration is 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed, 1 x King Single Bed and 2 x Single Beds. 7 guests maximum.

Fully self-contained kitchen and all linen is provided.

You are welcome to bring your family pet to “Cockatoo Corner”, however, supervision of your pet is your responsibility. We will not be held accountable should your pet ‘escape’ from the fenced yard. Please do not leave your pet unattended at the property. If you are leaving for the day, please put your pet in the backyard (if a dog) or in the screened entertainment area (if a cat) until your return…. or take them with you! Charges will apply for additional cleaning or damage caused by your pet. Please take care of your pet’s ‘business’ on departure, as if our cleaners have to, you will be charged on an hourly rate. This includes pet hair in the house and droppings in the yard.

Single car port available, plus plenty of off-street parking. Free wifi is also included.

Tariffs quoted are for 2 guests only. Additional adults are $20 per guest per night and additional children are $15 per child, per night. Property overloading will not be tolerated. No cot provided.
